Our Approach To Building Your Brand Identity

// Brand Identity Designer

The Role Of The Brand Designer

// Visual Identifier

Why Is Your Logo So Important?

Simple Rules For An Outstanding Logo

1. Easily Recognisable

When prospects look at your logo they should think of your brand. Your logo should identify who you are—not describe what you do.

2. Distinctive

Your logo shouldn’t get confused with other brands.

3. Adaptable

Your logo should be able to be used across a variety of mediums that your company utilises.

4. Strategic

Your logo should support your brand strategy. When clients look at your logo, it should feel representative (ie. you don’t want a logo for a professional services firm that looks like it has been drawn with crayons).

FAQs
01

What if I'm not sure about my brand's core values or vision? I wouldn’t even know what to say to you.

I have an enormous list of assets that can be developed. We can go through and clarify your requirements on a discovery call.

02

Can you help us refresh our existing brand assets?

Yes, we can work with your existing visual and verbal elements to refresh them while ensuring they still align with your brand’s core and resonate with your target audience. From your logo and visual assets to your tone of voice and messaging elements.

03

What if I only need help with one or two specific assets, like a logo or brand guidelines?

That’s fine. We start by scoping your needs. My brand designer is part of these conversations so your brand and company get the best value and a tight scope is created.

04

How involved will I be in the brand asset development process?

Our process is highly collaborative. My brand designer, copywriter, and I will work closely with you on this project to understand your vision and ensure the assets developed align with your expectations and company needs. Most assets that are created (such as logos) contain 3 concepts with 3 iterations.

You choose one of the concepts my brand designer creates, then you can iterate on that up to 3 times.

05

How do you ensure our identity is scalable across channels?

The style guide will give you instructions on how the assets developed can be applied across different channels. This is an important part of the style guide development process, we build you assets that are scalable and can be used on the channels you need them.
