Brisca was a Brisbane-based professional services firm seeking to expand nationally when I was engaged to lead a comprehensive brand refresh and establish scalable go-to-market architecture. While the business had strong capability, growth had begun to plateau and the brand lacked the structure required to scale.
I led Brand Diagnostics and Brand Strategy, explicitly defining Brisca’s target audience and market position, restructuring offerings and pricing for scale, and designing a brand system capable of supporting both current services and future growth initiatives. The work focused on improving commercial clarity, strengthening distinctiveness, and putting disciplined structure around how the business went to market.
This included the development of distinctive brand assets and a cohesive brand identity to accommodate expansion, alongside the design of a disciplined and scalable go-to-market model.
The impact included:
- A 3x increase in revenue in less than 3 years
- Structured offerings and pricing designed to increase profit without eroding value or cannibalising existing services
- A significant increase in credibility with senior finance and accounting audiences
- A scalable go-to-market system aligned to long-term growth
- A clearly defined brand strategy and market position
- A cohesive brand identity containing strong, distinctive assets
- A strong go-to-market team with minimal reliance on the founder
- Expansion from a local presence to a national client base
With my support and guidance, Brisca grew from a Brisbane-based firm into a national brand with clients across every Australian state and a team of more than 100.
“Working with Jack was a real turning point for my company, Brisca. His visionary thinking and strategic insight were pivotal in helping me navigate major decisions and shaping the future of my brand. Thanks to his innovative strategies and his deep understanding of the brand, he didn't just help Brisca grow; he helped me build a sustainable, long-term business that has stood the test of time.”
