Step 1 – Quick Questionnaire

You complete a short, focused questionnaire so I can understand your current situation, extract your knowledge, and prepare deeply for our session.

Step 2 – Strategic Video Session (Recorded)

We jump on a Zoom call to unpack your goals, challenges, and insights. I’ll ask the right questions and start imparting my knowledge—you’ll get value right away. During this session we start work on your marketing strategy and plan, the reporting framework, and what ideal team structure is best for you.

Step 3 – Your Custom Growth Architecture

I then finish developing the tailored strategy, practical marketing and sales plan, reporting framework, and team structure—built to expand your business and designed for execution.

Do you stop working with me as soon as you’ve finished the consultation?

No. I can help you find and hire the right team, or stay on to oversee execution as your marketing consultant. If there’s brand-specific work needed, I also offer that support through my brand building service.

How long does the process take?

Usually around 2 weeks—but it depends on how quickly you complete the questionnaire and when we can book the video session. As a marketing consultant, I believe it is my job to keep the process efficient and focused so you get value faster.

How is the consultation delivered?

Via Zoom. The session is recorded so you can revisit it anytime. You’re welcome to invite other team members if you think they will receive value from the consult.

Do the team recommendations include job descriptions?

Yes. You’ll get clear role outlines for each position—whether in-house or outsourced—including weekly hours and key responsibilities, so your structure is ready to go. Due to my extensive experience, this is one of the areas I can add disproportionate value as a marketing consultant.

What’s your approach to balancing brand-building with short-term revenue?

The plan I create with you will encompass both. We flag short term, medium term, and long-term initiatives in the plan. They work together to bring you the best outcome.

How do you make sure we’re not just doing activities, but getting outcomes?

The reporting framework I build for you takes this into consideration. I help you track what matters, so you get better business results, not just do more or different activities.

What metrics would you track if you were in my seat, not a marketer’s?

You both should be tracking the same metrics, that’s the value of having a reporting framework that is aligned. You get the information and metrics you need, and your team knows what outcomes to focus on to move the needle.

My business model is intentionally designed to stay objective, focused solely on what’s best for your brand and not tied to selling a particular service, framework, or partner. That means every recommendation is grounded in your goals, not external incentives.

What should we in-house vs. outsource? And how do we avoid building bloated teams?

The answer to this question is very nuanced and requires a great deal of experience to answer for every situation. But in general to avoid bloat I can help you contract out work slowly and ensuring that external providers work well with your business before scaling up their efforts.

Who owns what? And how do we make sure the ball never drops between roles?

This is clearly defined in the internal vs external team structure. The value in a comprehensive holistic solution means that the needs of the sales and marketing departments are covered with clearly specified roles within that.
